BACKGROUND: Golgotha Prison Ministries, founded by Dave and Linda Williams over 8 years ago, is under the umbrella, i.e., protection, provision and accountability of Hope Lighthouse Mission Church. Brother Dave went home to be with our Lord in 2001 when a driver ran a stop sign and ran into Dave and Linda's vehicle so hard that it was knocked upside down. Linda survived but Dave never regained consciousness. Today, Rev. Linda Williams, a credentialed minister of the gospel through Calvary Ministries International and on the pastoral staff at Hope Lighthouse Ministries, carries on the prison ministry faithfully. Through the years Golgotha Prison Ministries has touched countless prisoners with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Linda has remarked, "After meeting Jesus Christ as Savior, many prisoners are freer than a lot of people on the outside." He that the Son sets free is free indeed!
